Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit to oversee the operations of our establishment. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing the attraction and events teams, and maintaining high standards of service. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience.

**Duties**:

- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities
- Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective performance
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create menus, develop recipes, and maintain food quality standards for events
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Monitor financial performance by analyzing sales data, controlling costs, and implementing cost-saving measures

**Skills**:

- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive guest experience
- Extensive knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
- Proven experience in hospitality management or related field
- Excellent leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of assistant manager responsibilities within the hospitality and entertainment industry
- Familiarity with kitchen and event management principles and practices
- Proficient in food service and attractions management software systems
- Basic knowledge of technology and computers
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite a must

Pay: $47,542.43 - $75,000.00 per year
