This pivotal role as a lead in asset data and technology consulting within our expanding Asset Management team reports directly to the Director of Asset Management. You'll collaborate closely with our tech experts to pioneer innovative solutions for our clients. Compensation will be commensurate with your qualifications, experience, and location, with flexible work arrangements available—whether in-office, remote, or a hybrid model.

**What You Will Do**:

- Embark on dynamic projects alongside cross-functional teams, contributing to asset management initiatives for both government and commercial clients.
- Offer support across various asset management software systems and cutting-edge data collection technologies.
- Champion asset data strategies, from collection methods to analytics and integration into existing business processes, fostering efficiency and informed decision-making.
- Effectively communicate asset management framework, goals, and objectives to diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment and driving project success.
- Produce high-quality work deliverables, including technical analyses, asset management plans, and impactful reports, memos, and proposals.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, leveraging your expertise to deliver exceptional results.
- Serve as a trusted industry expert, offering guidance on asset management best practices and leading by example.
- Provide invaluable asset management support under the guidance of senior staff, contributing to the growth and success of our Asset Management group.

**What You Will Bring**:

- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, GIS, Planning, Geography, Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Public Administration, or a related field—or equivalent experience and education.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure asset management, demonstrating your expertise and dedication to the field.
- A deep understanding of asset management principles and a proven track record of implementing best practices.
- Proficiency with asset management data, software systems, and tools, enabling you to drive informed decision-making and optimize processes.
- Exceptional analytical, writing, interpersonal, and communication skills, essential for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- A history of delivering projects with a focus on outstanding customer service, coupled with a positive attitude, adaptability, and a passion for continuous learning.
- A desire to work on diverse projects with a variety of clients, contributing to the innovation and growth of our asset management team.
