Office Assistant

Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and clerical tasks
- Data order entry & processing orders
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintains office schedule by scheduling shipping appointments and deliveries, will train.
- Provide customer support by responding to inquiries promptly and professionally
- Provides office communications support by fielding calls, answering questions, forwarding messages, confirming customer orders and keeping customers informed of order status.
- Assist in proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness
**Requirements**:
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Quickbooks skills not required but beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy in work & punctuality
- Dependability and professionalism
