What You Will Do as General Manager
- Lead our Fort Lauderdale team by hiring, onboarding, training, setting clear vision, providing feedback, and motivating the team towards reaching it goals
- Manage the daily operations of the sales, service, and production installation teams
- Ensure customers receive the highest quality work
- Implement strategic and tactical initiatives to foster growth
- Live and breathe the company’s culture, purpose, mission, and values, placing consistent emphasis on creating an environment where employees want to come to work every day and provide their very best for LRE's customers
- Ensure that financial and other business goals are met
- 5+ years’ experience in a director or manager level role
- Bachelor's degree in business management/related field or equivalent work experience
- Construction and/or sales experience required
- Strong past work history and evidence of ability to lead, motivate, and hold employees accountable and drive business success
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
