About the Team
The Procurement Team plays a critical role in the business and is responsible for the strategy design and end-to-end processes involved in the purchase of goods and services in a sustainable and financially viable way in compliance with business standards.

The Procurement Team is responsible for sourcing and onboarding of new vendors, supporting the development of key company systems and processes, maintaining a strategic overview of project procurement management activities and ensuring that purchasing contracts and arrangements are fulfilled in strict accordance with legal requirements, project requirements, and business policies and procedures.

In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strengthen and grow relationships with vendors and suppliers through timely payments.
- Review and check invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment, prepare analyses of monthly payment reports.
- Build good communication relationships among requestors, buyers, finance and suppliers
- Improve the payment efficiency by identifying the pain points, then proposing solutions
- Assist senior manager and other team members as required

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Procurement, finance, or related business disciplines
- Critical and proactive thinking to embrace challenges, strong ownership, attention to detail, being self-motivated, having a can-do attitude with propensity toward acting with a sense of urgency
- Relevant working experience in procurement/supply chain or other related fields

Preferred Qualifications
- Collaborative stakeholder engagement including developed communication skills adaptable to various levels, including senior management
- Demonstrated intention and interest to develop a career in Procurement or Supply Chain
- Intermediate level or better in MS excel and MS Power Point

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $83600 - $135100 annually.
