Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the procurement of raw materials, goods, and services, ensuring alignment with cost, quality, and delivery objectives.
2. Implement and oversee ERP/MRP systems for precise inventory management and forecasting.
3. Conduct strategic planning for procurement activities, including cost analysis and budgeting.
4. Cultivate and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating advantageous terms and conditions.
5. Ensure a consistent and professional approach to all supplier interactions.
6. Perform vendor management to foster effective supplier relationships and strategic partnerships.
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures related to purchasing.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing sector.

4. Solid grasp of strategic planning, material requirement planning (MRP), and procurement processes.
5. Exceptional negotiation skills and experience in vendor management.
6. Proficient in cost analysis, budgeting, and contract oversight.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
9. Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to achieve objectives.
