Under the general supervision of the HRIS Director, incumbent will be responsible for and have oversight of all HRIS databases.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

- Primary support for ADP, payroll and time and attendance systems.
- Developing and implementing processes for efficient HR data management.
- Development of workflows and Deployment of Manager and Employee Self Service
- Optimizing HRIS processes, integrating new software, and performing diagnostic tests.
- Conducting ongoing audits to ensure data integrity with HR related interfaces, both inbound and outbound.
- Performing audits on HR processes and documents, including hiring, termination of service, and payroll administration, when required
- Exceptional ability to gather and interpret data, as well as improve HRIS processes.
- Create user documentation and procedures and assist in training users on system functionality.
- Provide support for other HR systems.
- Other duties as assigned.

Experience and Qualifications:

- College degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years experience with HRIS databases, payroll and time and attendance systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to analyze and streamline processes.
- Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficiency with Payroll Software, ADP and eTime experience desirable.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus.

The pay scale above is the salary or hourly wage range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position.
