Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Program Aide to join our team. As a Program Aide, you will provide support and assistance to developmentally disabled individuals. Your role will involve assisting with daily activities such as personal care and nutrition, ensuring the well-being of individuals, and promoting a safe and nurturing environment.

In addition, this position acts a reception relief, covering for the receptionist's lunch and breaks.

Position can be either:
a. 10:45am---4:30pm or b. 9am--4:30pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and supervise clients to ensure their safety and well-being at all times.

*Work with individual clients towards meeting the objectives set forth on the Individual

Plan of Care.
- Assist during meal time to ensure client is able to consume meal provided.

*Assist with the process of arrival and departure of clients.

*Interact with and engage clients during their daily activities.

*as phone relief, cover phones during receptionist lunch and breaks.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- first aid/cpr certified
- Experience working with people with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality guidelines
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Individual will need to take and pass a physical and livescan as part of the new hire process.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $17.75 per hour

Expected hours: 28 - 40 per week
