Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Teaching Aide role at C&E Merdinian Armenian Evangelical School in Los Angeles, CA for elementary school. The Teaching Aide will assist elementary school teachers in day-to-day classroom activities, support student learning, and ensure a positive and safe learning environment for children.


Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities
  • Experience in teaching and education
  • Experience in working with elementary-aged children
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with students
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with teachers and staff
  • Knowledge of child development and educational best practices
  • Fluency in English is necessary, and Armenian is a plus
  • Previous experience in a school setting or with youth programs is beneficial
