Office Manager/Administrative Assistant

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone calls, maintaining communication, assisting executives, and performing various clerical tasks to ensure smooth operations.

General duties include but are not limited to:

- General office upkeep
- Runs office errands
- Receptionist/answer phones
- Document filing
- Copy/printing Point of Sale/Brochure ordering and management
- Tracks sales and commission reports
- Supports sales team by preparing stocking guides
- Signs for and puts away food sample packages
- Receives and processes Purchase Orders
- Communicates with clients in a professional manner

The job requirements are as follows, but not limited to:

- Communicates effectively through oral and written skills
- Polished and professional look
- Must possess good organization skills have strong work ethics and good attendance.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Computer skills such as Outlook, Excel and Word are mandatory. Strong Excel knowledge is preferred.
- Is coachable and must be able to take direction from Supervisor

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
- Office manager: 1 year (required)
