We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dental Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their experience at our practice is positive and seamless. Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting patients warmly and assisting them with scheduling appointments
- Verifying and updating patient information in our database
- Processing payments and managing billing inquiries
- Coordinating with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization at the reception area
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a receptionist, preferably in a dental or medical setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in dental software systems (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) is a plus
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is desirable
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
