**HR Specialist**
This position offers competitive pay, along with comprehensive benefits and a 401K plan.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding processes.
- Administer employee benefits programs and address employee inquiries related to benefits.
- Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases for payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Conduct employee orientations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems such ADP.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Assist with employee relations issues, including investigations and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws an
- regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
- Must be bilingual English and Spanish.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and highly organized.
- 10 years of experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
