Your primary responsibilities are
- processing warranty and fleet claims in a timely manner. You are responsible for ensuring all claims are paid, parts are returned to the vendor when requested, and reconciling all paid claims, and filing.
- maintaining and updating our website and other social media platforms.
- providing support to the service manager; serving as liaison between the service manager and commercial and residential customers, advertising companies, vendors, and other companies.
- providing support to our commercial customers,
- providing support to the front desk, as needed; answer phones, schedule appointments, greet customers, prepare service repair orders and invoices, and tag equipment.

We are the oldest continually operating store in Calvert County and have close ties to the local community. We offer health insurance, paid holidays, and paid vacation.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated office experience
- Exceptional organizational abilities
- Familiarity with data entry tasks
- Comfortable with multi-line phone systems
- Previous experience in calendar management
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with excellent proofreading skills
- Social media experience

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
