As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience during their stay. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

**Duties**:

- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor upon arrival
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Must be able to handle difficult situations with grace and professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean and ready for guest arrivals
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
