VIKING YACHT SERVICE CENTER, a subsidiary of Viking Yacht Company, is seeking a Service Coordinator:
Performs administrative and office support activities for the Service Manager and Service Department. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets, and filing. Microsoft Office skills are required, as well strong communication skills.

Service Coordinator Job Duties:

- Writing / Sending Sub-Contractor related Purchase Orders.
- Adding operations to work orders in the event the assigned Service Advisor is unavailable.
- Monitor boat files for departing boats to insure they are brought to accounting in the proper time.
- Preparing boat files for invoicing
- Collecting sub invoicing so accounting can be completed in a timely manner.
- Filing parts slips, miscellaneous material sheets, sub invoices, etc. to the corresponding boat file.
- Answer phone calls and take messages regarding service questions and service requests for the Service Manager in the event he is unavailable.
- Receive and direct visitors as needed.
- Run credit cards for approved customer invoices if needed.
- Maintain customer information filing cabinet.
- Assist with quality control and customer relations by scheduling service writer follow up calls to customers with boats that have departed.
- Assist with arrival and departure schedule accuracy.
- Set up customer accounts and performs updates on customer accounts to ensure proper invoicing
