Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining sales records, and coordinating sales meetings and appointments.
- Reception Duties: Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors, answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Communication: Effective communication with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth operations and maintain professional relationships.
- Organization and Coordination: Managing office supplies, maintaining calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for the sales and marketing team.
- Data Management: Maintaining and updating customer databases, sales records, and marketing materials.
- Sales Reporting: Assisting in creating sales reports, analyzing sales data, and providing insights to improve sales performance.
- Ad hoc Tasks: Assisting in other administrative tasks as required, such as filing, organizing events, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required
- Proven experience in clerical, administrative, or customer service roles
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience in a medical spa/aesthetics clinic a plus
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is advantageous

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
