**Job Description**:

- Engage in day-to-day management of payment cycle activities, providing efficient and effective client service.
- Track, process, and reconcile a wide range of payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices, and statements.
- Ensure the accuracy of the approval process, sorting, coding, and matching invoices with supporting documentation.
- Proactively respond to vendor inquiries and promptly resolve any issues that may arise.
- Conduct regular reconciliation of the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accurately accounted for and properly posted.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in clients' billing, ensuring a smooth and error-free experience.
- Take charge of client collections, employing a diligent and persistent approach to actively pursue outstanding payments in a challenging and ever-evolving financial landscape.
- Generate comprehensive reports detailing the current status of accounts receivable.
- Review, monitor, and meticulously verify the accuracy of monthly billing.
- Handle incoming phone calls with precision and accuracy, routing them appropriately.
- Provide a professional and positive demeanor while welcoming and assisting clients and visitors.
- Support the team with data entry and clerical tasks as required
