We are looking for sales professionals who thrive in a results-driven sales environment while receiving recognition and comprehensive base and commission pay. **Responsibilities**:

- Sell to existing accounts within the insurance industry
- Develop and strengthen relationships with assigned accounts
- Make 100-150 outbound calls/day to pitch and sell our product (prepare to unleash your inner phone warrior)
- Schedule and go through demos of our product
- Reach agreed upon revenue targets based on client retention by the deadline
- Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints
- Network and build relationships with the client base
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
- Maintain, grow and optimize existing accounts for revenue through discovery, communication, and rapport building
- Adapt our product recommendations to suit the agents’ needs by asking discovery questions and handling objections
- Identify products that best fit each client's individual needs
- Consistently follow-up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, consult on new features and provide a best-in-class customer experience

Qualifications:

- 3 + years experience in sales
- Experience in relationship management
- Insurance producer experience a plus
- Strong phone sales skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to build rapport with clients
