This position will be a combination of front office duties, administrative assistance and training for practice management for our small but growing office. This position is ideal for someone looking for long-term career growth
**To join this exciting and rewarding position you will need**:
- 3 years experience in Medicine as a front office coordinator/receptionist
- Expert on EMR software, treatment planning, medical billing, and financial arrangements including invoicing and collecting co-pays
- Experience on how to schedule a busy multi-provider practice
- Sociable and able to build rapport easily. Ready to bring massive value to our practice and patients
- Advanced organization skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills
- Committed to HIGH quality patient care
- Confident enough to think outside the box.
- Proactive, energetic and hardworking.
- Interested in Practice Management or experience in higher level medical office operations
**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate provider schedules and appointments efficiently.
- Utilize medical administrative support skills to ensure smooth operations within the office.
- Provide exceptional patient service and care, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
- Utilize IntakeQ and Practice Fusion software to manage patient records and appointments effectively.
- Coordinate with administration and participate in medical billing and data entry.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling medical records.
- Answer multi-line phone systems and direct calls appropriately.
- Manage front desk duties and administrative tasks as needed.
- Demonstrate leadership skills in guiding and supporting the office team.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure quality patient care and satisfaction.
- Utilize medical terminology and knowledge to communicate effectively with patients and medical professionals.
- Manage all details of maintaining a clean, well-stocked/supplied clinic
- Training provided over time to be responsible for the daily management and operation of a TMS Clinic
- Coordinate the Training and Certification of TMS Techs
- Working closely with client marketers and making sure all needs are being met
- Work with providers on Prior authorizations
- Verify client intake documents are properly completed
- Work directly at the level of Executive Assistant for the physician owner/founder as needed.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
