**Position Title**: Security Cooperation and Engagement Support Specialist (DAMO-SSR)

MESMO Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Cooperation and Engagement Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Defense Assistance Management Office (DAMO-SSR), you will play a crucial role in supporting a wide range of security cooperation and partner engagement activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with Army Staff Talks (AST) Program, U.S. Army representation in NATO, and the American, British, Canadian, Australian, and New Zealand (ABCANZ) Armies’ programs.
- Facilitate Army Senior Leader (ASL) engagements with Ally and Partner military leadership.
- Coordinate bi-lateral and multinational partner participation in exercises, conferences, and events supporting Army security cooperation.
- Draft and edit talking points, country profiles, and biographies.
- Compile readahead materials and prepare briefings.
- Provide administrative and logístical support (including coordinating meals, transportation, events, travel, and other programmatic requirements).
- Analyze and assess performance/measurement of security cooperation programs.
- Develop written summaries of events.
- Coordinate meetings and virtual meetings (VTCs).
- Escort individuals and facilitate access into the Pentagon or other DoD facilities.
- Manage organizational calendars.
- Support and review travel requests in the Defense Travel System (DTS).
- Represent G-3/5/7 equities in meetings, operational planning teams, and working groups to advance Army security cooperation goals.
- Draft, review, and provide recommended input for official memorandums, EXORDS, responses to requests for information, and other staff documents.
- Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat.
- CONUS and OCONUS travel as necessary to support security cooperation engagement activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

**Clearance**: Active Secret

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
