**PURPOSE**

This procedure defines and details the function, reporting relationships, responsibilities, duties, and performance expectations of the _Strategic Partnership Manager._

**JOB OVERVIEW**:
**REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS**

The _Strategic Partnership Manager _reports directly to the Marketing Communications Director.

The _Strategic Partnership Manager _has no direct reports.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Strategic Partnership Manager _is responsible for:

- Supporting ambassador relationships, requests, and executions.
- Supporting VIP dealer/staff members in collaboration with sales management.
- Identify and research potential ambassador or marketing partnership opportunities that align with the company’s strategic objectives, target market, and growth initiatives.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy, including identifying key partners, assist in negotiating agreements, and managing ongoing relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders (ambassadors, marketing partners, VIPs, tour, and management/executive team).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and legal, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of partnership initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the social media team to ensure properly promoting new and existing brand ambassadors and marketing partnerships.
- Support product fulfillment (clubs, apparel, footwear) by ambassadors and/or partnerships and budget management.
- Schedule production, creative executions, and travel to events to support ambassador and partnership activations.
- Monitor and track the performance of partnerships against predefined metrics/KPIs and provide regular reporting and analysis to internal stakeholders.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance and optimize partnership performance, including identifying areas for expansion, improvement, or refinement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new partnership opportunities and to ensure our brands are benchmarking favorably.
- Serve as a public representative of the company at key marketing events (trade shows, tour events, creative productions, launch events, etc ), representing our values and vision in all interactions with partners and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and legal requirements related to partnership activities.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
- Minimum four years of experience in strategic partnership management, business development, or related roles.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and managing strategic partnerships that drive business growth and achieve mutual objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with partners at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with ability to analyze complex issues, identify opportunities, and develop innovative solutions.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**TRAVEL**

A high amount of travel should be expected.

**EXPECATIONS AND MEASUREMENTS OF PERFORMANCE**
- Deadlines: Projects and tasks are effectively managed through completion in a timely fashion deadlines/milestones are met.
- Communication: All information, reports, and progress associated with projects and executions are communicated effectively with stakeholders. Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills are required to be successful in this role.
- Quality of Work: Content created is free from errors and aligned with brand positions and strategies.
- Teamwork: Projects and interactions with colleagues are constructive, collaborative, professional, respectful, and effective.
- Employee Development and Attitude: Employee shows growth in job knowledge, versatility, communication, and marketing skill. Employee should be able to ascend to marketing management.
- Ownership of Digital Marketing Analysis and Tracking: Employee must show great passion for analyzing and tracking traffic web behavior and have a drive to hit target KPI’s and continually improve the digital marketing function.
