Dental Treatment Coordinator

**Position Overview**: We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring our patients receive exceptional care while enhancing the efficiency of our practice. **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Patient Interaction**: Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from their first visit through their treatment journey.
- **Treatment Coordination**: Collaborate with dental professionals to develop and present comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring patients understand their options and feel confident in their care decisions.
- **Patient Advocacy**: Act as a liaison between patients and the dental team, addressing any concerns and ensuring their needs are met with the utmost attention and care.
- **Administrative Excellence**: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, manage appointment schedules, and handle insurance verifications and billing with precision.
- **Sales Insight**: Utilize your experience in sales to effectively communicate the value of proposed treatments and financial options, enhancing patient acceptance rates and practice revenue.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with colleagues to foster a supportive and cohesive team environment, contributing to a positive and productive workplace culture.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- A proactive approach, consistently going above and beyond to ensure patient satisfaction and practice success.
- Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting preferred.
- Sales experience is a valuable asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
