Construction Quality Control Manager

**Job Overview**:
**Applicants must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities**:
**-Conduct daily quality inspections throughout all phases of construction projects**

**-Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions**

**-Collaborate with the construction team to build quality control plans**

**-Perform daily construction inspections to verify compliance with specifications**

**-Manage and maintain accurate records of quality reports and documentation**

**-Review and submit all submittals, shop drawings, RFI’s, etc.**

**-Written daily and weekly progress reporting**

**-Ensure compliance with contract documents**

**-Maintain a written daily log documenting area/operation inspected, date of inspection, identified hazards, recommended corrective actions, estimated and actual dates of corrections**

**-Collaborate with architects and base civil engineers to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise**

**-Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials**

**-Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints**

**-Excellent organizational and time management skills**

**-Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards**

**-Other duties as assigned**

**Skills required**:
**-Past experience working on projects as a General Construction QC on Federal Government projects**

**-Certification in Quality Control a must**

**-OSHA 30 Certification**

**-Written communication skills**

**-Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail**

**-10 years’ Construction Quality Control Manager experience**
