**_ This role is based out of Madison, WI corporate office and is eligible to participate in the company's Hybrid work program; working in the office 3 days and eligible to work remotely 2 days._**

**Below you will find a few (but not all) of the main responsibilities**:

- Implement strategies to boost inventory turnover, reduce stockouts, and minimize surplus or obsolete inventory by fostering effective collaboration among category planning, sales, supply planning, and product development teams.
- Oversee warehouse inventory levels and performance targets. Contribute to action plans that enhance process success and sustainability.
- Develop initial forecasts to ensure detailed item-level coverages for accounts.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through root cause analysis and implement solutions.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to determine precise inventory requirements and establish effective replenishment strategies.
- Prepare regular inventory reports, collaborate with internal and external partners, highlighting key metrics such as stock levels, turnover rates, and order accuracy. Use data-driven insights to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide recommendations for process improvements and cost savings.

**Education & Experience**:

- Must be qualified to work in the United States
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Planning or related field or equivalent years of experience
- 2-4 years of supply chain management or inventory management experience
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
- Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software (SAP, Power BI, SAS, etc)
- Extensive experience and proficiency in BI & Excel tools and functionality
- Creative problem solver with the ability to prioritize initiatives and anticipate business needs
