Join our team as an Inventory Analyst This position enhances cross-functional collaboration and provides a clear view into business performance trends, setting the stage for strategic planning for the year.
This role is based out of Madison, WI corporate office and is eligible to participate in the company's Hybrid work program; working in the office 3 days and eligible to work remotely 2 days.
Below you will find a few (but not all) of the main responsibilities:
- Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to determine precise inventory requirements and establish effective replenishment strategies.
- Regularly prepare detailed inventory reports and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Highlight critical metrics such as stock levels, turnover rates, and order accuracy. Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide actionable recommendations for process enhancements and cost reductions.
- Support the month-end close process by generating various inventory reports and analyses.
- Develop initial forecasts to ensure detailed item-level coverages for accounts.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through root cause analysis and implement solutions.

Education & Experience
- Must be authorize to work in the United States
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Planning or related field or equivalent years of experience
- 2-4 years of supply chain management or inventory management experience
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
- Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software (SAP, Power BI, SAS, etc)
- Extensive experience and proficiency in BI & Excel tools and functionality
- Creative problem solver with the ability to prioritize initiatives and anticipate business needs
