**Position Details**: The position is a business-to-business commercial/residential HVAC sales position, in which the purpose of the estimator/project manager is to plan, sell, execute, and monitor all projects they sell from conception to completion. They are expected to grow revenue by working with existing clients and networking to obtain new clients. They are responsible to always portray a professional and positive image, and earn the client’s business by gaining their trust, confidence, and respect.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Actively pursue and acquire new business through developing and maintaining strong client relationships, presentations to clients, understanding of proposed project plans, specs, and other contractual documents.
- Prepare project estimates, budgets, schedules, and assist in project contract negotiations. Monitor and adhere to the above through attendance at job site meetings, progress reports, cost reports, performance evaluations, inspections, and working closely with field crew supervision.
- Purchase major HVAC equipment and other materials for projects. Plan, organize, direct and coordinate manpower, equipment, tool, and supply needs to achieve project objectives.
- Manage administrative aspects of contracts (change orders, rental equipment, billing and expenses, collections, etc.) by working closely with administrative staff and accounting, communicating all financial details to appropriates persons.
- Responsible for plan submittals, project permitting, and inspection compliance.
- Complete job closeout process including resolution of punch list items, recording of as-built drawings, organization and distribution of IOM manuals, test and balance report filing, and warranty items.
- Perform all reasonable actions to ensure the project is successful, on-time, and on or under budget.
- Attend all meetings and functions as required.
- Perform additional assignments as requested by management.

**Required Qualifications**:

- 4 years HVAC design experience preferred.
- 3 years working experience in sales.
- Superior time management skills, detail orientated, self-motivated, and works well under pressure.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving, strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable V/DR report

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
