The Concessions Stand Manager is accountable for the overall management of designated concession stands. This role involves training staff, overseeing operations, and directing the activities of team members. All Concessions Stand Managers report directly to the Concessions Supervisor of their respective stand.

Key Responsibilities:

The Concessions Stand Manager is responsible for the complete management of assigned concession stands. This includes training staff, supervising operations, and directing the work of others.

  • Supervises and coordinates the activities of stand personnel, assigning tasks as needed.
  • Identifies and resolves issues with the support of the Concessions Supervisor and/or other management.
  • Oversees and/or participates in the setup and closing procedures of the stand.
  • Ensures cleanliness and adequate stock levels at all workstations, ordering replacements as necessary.
  • Accurately completes required documentation.
  • Investigates discrepancies in cash and inventory.
  • Ensures accuracy of cash handling, inventory management, and product transfers during events.
  • Maintains a professional appearance of the concession area at all times.
  • Collaborates with team members to clean equipment and organize stock for future events.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Previous experience in a food service role is required.
  • Ability to interact effectively with team members to ensure compliance with service standards.
  • Proficient in cash handling and inventory management in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Ability to work in an open-air environment under various weather conditions.
  • Physical capability to lift and carry items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds, and navigate stairs/ramps.
  • Availability to work during all venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must possess sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks, including reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.
  • Must meet local health regulations for food handling and alcoholic beverage service.


Encourage your team to adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including reporting any unsafe conditions, and complete all required safety training.

Document all safety incidents (injuries and illnesses) in the company's risk management system on the same day they occur.
