**Job Summary**:
Join our dynamic at Chase Field as a Premium Clubs Food Runner and contribute to the exceptional guest experience in our premium seating areas. As a Food Runner, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality food and service to our VIP guests, ensuring they have a memorable time during events at the ballpark.
- Greet guests in friendly and welcoming manner.
- Retrieve food orders from the kitchen and ensure accurate items and presentation.
- Communicate any special requests or modifications to appropriate serving or kitchen staff.
- Deliver food orders to the correct tables promptly and efficiently; ensure correct placement of dishes.
- Ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to maintain clear communication.
- May assist servers by refilling water glasses, bussing table, and other support tasks.
- Keep the food running station and areas organized, well-stocked, and clean.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Perform side work, re-stocking, inventory, cleaning and opening or closing duties.
- Assist in maintaining overall cleanliness of Suites and back-of-house areas.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation requirements.
- Valid food handler card and/or alcohol certification may be required.
- Open availability days, evenings, weekends, and/or Holidays.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous restaurant or related experience preferred

Physical demands:

- Frequently lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs
- Frequently ascend/descend stairs
- Frequent standing and walking
