**What is the Role of the Behavior Technician (RBT)?**As a behavior therapist/technician, you will use the techniques of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Your direct influence will help them learn critical skills such as language development, play and social interactions, self-help routines, school readiness and so much more

**What Cornerstone offers you in role of Behavior Technician (RBT):Paid, in-house training your first two weeks of employment.** No online courses to complete on your own. You get top-notch in-person training from experienced BCBAs, including valuable shadow time with current staff. We pay for all costs associated with achieving your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Our staff instructors will also train you in crisis management techniques and help you achieve your Professional Crisis Management (PCM) certification.
- **Welcome Box**—all new hires receive custom box at the completion of their training, including Cornerstone apparel and other goodies
- **Competitive compensation **commensurate with credential or experience.
