Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Sales Representative. The Customer Service Sales Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing information about our services. The role involves making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls to achieve sales targets, as well as updating customer records.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in sales and customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
