**Assistant Program Manager**

**Summary**: Under the general supervision of the HSSP Program Manager, the HSSP Assistant Program plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of the program while providing support and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality services. This position involves collaborating with the HSSP Program Manager, Clinical Supervisor, and Assistant Director, as well as multiple interagency and project-based teams to maintain program compliance, supervise staff, manage budgets, and promote a recovery-oriented environment for program participants. - In collaboration with and under the direction of the Program Manager, responsible for oversight of day-to-day program operations; day-to-day support and guidance overseeing the delivery of high quality recovery-oriented services to members participating in the program.
- Assist Program Manager as assigned with monitoring, tracking, and reporting program outcomes.
- Helps maintaining program budget and objectives and uses knowledge of budget to guide service decisions made by team.
- Provide timely information, feedback, observations, and solution-focused resolutions to Program Manager with regard to emergent staff, team or client/member issues to encourage overall quality of services and staff development
- Assist Program Manager with monitoring and auditing completion of progress notes, annual care plans and documents (PFI/FOAs, Barrier Lists, etc.) with each enrolled client/member.
- Provides psychosocial rehabilitation services, crises intervention, and other interventions that promote overall mental health wellness and recovery and within scope of practice. This position does not maintain their own caseload. There is a billing goal of 14 hours per month.
- Provides a welcoming environment for individuals enrolled into the housing (HSSP) programs; shares responsibility and collaborates with team members to set-up, maintain, monitor, correct and enhance all day-to-day aspects of the housing programs’ functioning.
- Mediate and advocate on behalf of the member to help him/her obtain and keep housing, health care benefits, entitlements, etc.
- Assist and support program documentation standards of staff in accordance with MHALA, County-Contracted Provider, and funding source standards and requirements,
