We are hiring for a Contract Manager to be based at our Wyoming, MI or Allegan, MI location. This position is responsible for an assigned portfolio of commercial customers. This individual is responsible for coordinating responses to RFPs, negotiating multi-year legal agreements, preparing product offers, and maintaining all pricing information to ensure accurate billing and financial reporting.

**Job duties**:

- Manages an assigned set of complex purchase and rebate agreements by:

- analyzing price requests
- coordinating responses to Requests for Proposals (RFP) and Right of First Refusal opportunities
- preparing product offer letters and coordinating internal approvals for all product offers and changes
- Prepares and coordinates draft and final contracts, purchase agreements, and other contractual documents through departmental and legal review processes to ensure contracts meet company standards and are completed accurately and on-time
- Develops, gathers, analyzes, and evaluates price, margin, sales and other indicators against contracts to verify financial impact and compliance with standards Researches pricing discrepancies and requests for price adjustments
- processes corrections or changes as appropriate within department procedures
- Represents the company to customers throughout the contract and sales processes
- Resolves problems to maintain customer satisfaction and the Padagis reputation in the marketplace

**Minimum qualifications**:

- College or university degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Four or more (4+) years of directly related experience
