Responsibilities:
Position Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Administrative Support:
- Provide high-level administrative assistance to the Vice President of Operations, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for the Vice President and other team members as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.
2. Excel Expertise:
- Utilize advanced Excel formulas and functions to analyze large datasets, create reports, and generate insights.
- Develop and maintain Excel spreadsheets for tracking and monitoring operational metrics, KPIs, and performance indicators.
- Design and implement automated Excel solutions to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making and process improvement initiatives.
3. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Perform data analysis using Excel to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in operational performance.
- Present findings and recommendations to the Vice President of Operations and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide visibility into key operational metrics and performance indicators.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancement through data analysis.
4. Communication and Collaboration:
- Maintain effective communication channels with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow, coordinate projects, and facilitate information sharing.
- Act as a liaison between the Vice President of Operations and other departments to facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or executive assistant.
- Extensive knowledge and proficiency in Excel formulas, functions, and data manipulation techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Pay: $38,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
