**Here’s what you’ll need**:
- B.S. in Engineering or related engineering discipline
- Professional Registration (P.E.)
- Experience of energy or utilities master planning
- Experience in the development of holistic solutions from demand to production with various technologies such as renewables, combined heat and power, energy storage, heat pump chillers, and other technologies.
- Successful track record of technical quality management while meeting established project schedule and budget requirements
- Travel ability
- Experience with Net Zero Planning
- Experience in leading stakeholder engagement and goal setting sessions.
- Experience developing and delivering plan results to client leadership
- Proposal support and business development
- Experience developing analytic tools
