The Community Health Accreditation Partner, Inc. (CHAP) is an independent, non-profit accrediting body established in 1965. CHAP standards assess the quality of healthcare in home and community settings nationwide including home health agencies, hospices, private duty home care, home medical equipment suppliers, pharmacies, and providers of palliative care.
**Position Summary**:
The primary responsibility of the Growth Consultant, using a tailored customer-centric approach, is to leverage expertise and maximize the services provided by CHAP Growth Solutions to improve the sales, admissions, retention, and other critical components needed to foster an organization’s success.
**Principal Functions**:
- Identify the challenges that organizations face and help resolve operational issues that impede sustainable growth.
- Help businesses discover unreached potential and move forward, using a practical, strategic approach.
- Collect and analyze data that provides industry and market-specific coaching to clients.
- Provide advice and expertise to client organizations that improves their business performance.
- Oversee a variety of tasks associated with Growth Solutions (coaching liaisons, interim sales leadership, interviewing and recruiting, etc.)
- Responsible for generating continual revenue utilizing a consultative sales process that articulates new opportunities and avenues for customers’ success.
- Responsible for tracking and delivering a targeted number of hours required to meet and support the needs of assigned contracts and associated deliverables.
- Supports relationship building with industry stakeholders and key strategic partners.
**Qualifications**
- Education, Training, and Experience_
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field of study preferred.
- Minimum five (5) years of management experience in healthcare sales leadership.
- Minimum ten (10) years of community-based healthcare sales experience.
- Ability to individually present information in a mature, confident, and influential manner.
- Ability to function as a team player, critical thinker, and cultivate and maintain client trust.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and customers in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Able to listen actively and identify and develop unique value propositions and differentiators.
- Willingness to perform various administrative functions.
- Must possess excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to identify and relate to key decision-makers within an organization.
- Adaptability to change is required.
- Experience with the following technologies preferred:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Microsoft Teams
- Physical Requirements:_
This is a full-time position that will require mínimal state-specific travel. Due to the nature of this role, lifting of materials and equipment up to 25 pounds is required. Extended periods of sitting/standing are required.
