**Position Overview**:
As a Retention Specialist at Anchor Health Home Care, you will be the key link between clients and our teams, ensuring timely access to support and homecare services for children and families. Your role is crucial in fostering strong relationships and enhancing the quality of care provided.

Retention Specialist Requirements and Responsibilities:

- **1+ year of experience** working in healthcare or home care preferred.
- Proficient in **Microsoft Word & Excel.**:

- Proficiency in learning technical software for **scheduling & training.**:

- Expert **multitasking & time management skills.**:

- Excellent **communication, interpersonal, and sales** skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a **collaborative partner.**:

- Self-driven with the ability to **manage projects **by establishing objectives and milestones.
- Superior **customer service **skills.
- Excellent **written & verbal communication.**:

- Detail-oriented.
- **Mon-Fri 9:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. **availability.
- **Spanish proficiency preferred.**

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
