**Position Summary**

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**:
Bar cleanliness
- Prepares bar area for upcoming day
- Keeps rollups stocked throughout the day
- Bar clearing and cleaning
- Glassware washing and organization
- Closes bar by organizing and cleaning all needed area based on daily/weekly checklists
- Protects establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.
- Assist in any needed tasks throughout the shift

Cold room Maintenance
- Changing kegs multiple times throughout shift
- Organizing and rearranging keg/can storage area
- Upkeep of beer line cleanliness
- Receives deliveries and organizes them accordingly
- Maintain our high food safety, beverage and sanitation standards

Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

- Minimum 18 years of age

- Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Exceptional guest service skills
- Ability to work in a high energy, fast-paced environment.
- A strong team player, organized with great attention to detail
- Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift. Move up and down stairs and/or service ramps.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and objects weighing in excess of 50 pounds with assistance.
