Flex Storage offers a quick, simple, and modern storage experience in highly secure storage trailers with cutting-edge tech. Flex takes this concept to the next level by replacing trucks and warehouses with sleek trailers that are designed for two things: Optimal storage conditions, and swift & simple transport. All flexes are equipped with a solar powered ventilation system, temperature & humidity sensors and a GPS, constantly tracking and recording the storage conditions within each of our trailers.

Flex is the flexible storage solution the world has been waiting for. The use of customized, state-of-the-art smart trailers, rather than basic, bulky shipping containers, allows us to introduce the world to the first smart portable storage experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
*Prospect and identify potential clients through cold calling and lead generation activities. *Initiate and maintain a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers. *Conduct in-depth product or service presentations to potential clients. *Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects to understand their needs and pain points. *Tailor sales pitches and solutions to address the specific needs of each prospect. *Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. *Keep accurate records of interactions and sales activities in our CRM system. *Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. *Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings. *Provide valuable feedback to improve our sales processes.

**Qualifications**:
*Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). *Proven track record in B2B sales, with a focus on cold calling. *Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. *Strong negotiation and closing skills. *Results-driven with a competitive spirit and a passion for sales. *Ability to work independently and as part of a team. *Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools. *High level of persistence, resilience, and determination. *Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:
*Monday to Friday *Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Miami, FL 33130

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $31.00 - $36.00/hour.
