**Hybrid in Newark, NJ**

Immediate **opening in **Newark, NJ** with one of the largest Financial Services & Investment Management corporations in the world.

**PLEASE REVIEW REQUIREMENTS CAREFULLY**:

- Previous experience as a Campus Recruiter, Campus/University Recruiter and/or College Recruiter is required
- Experience recruiting from Universities etc.
- Experience in setting up job fairs and other job events
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems
- At least 2-5+ years recent experience
- Will be required to work hybrid and therefore requires to reside within commuting distance of Newark, NJ

- Description:
As a Campus Recruiter, you’ll support the broader team in executing the end-to-end recruitment strategy and cycle.

Partner with Recruiters on virtual and on-campus event management and execution.

Other recruiting administrative tasks as assigned.

What you’ll need to succeed:
Excellent organization, execution, and verbal/written communications

Attention to detail with a hyper focus on quality of deliverables

Ability to adapt, problem solve quickly and communicate effective solutions

Continuous improvement mindset coupled with a knack for managing initiatives simultaneously

Proficient skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

**Job Types**: Contract, Temporary

Pay: $40.00 per hour
