**Responsibilities**:

- Answers inbound phone calls and schedules appointments
- Presents Precision Door’s value proposition with the objective of securing an appointment for service
- Opens customer accounts by accurately recording account information
- When necessary call customers to update technicians’ arrival
- May manage incoming paperwork, create invoices, and assist office staff with bookkeeping and filing
- Maintains schedule in OPAL for service and installations and dispatches work orders to the field.
- Follow up on leads as necessary
- Maintain and order office supplies
- Maintain employee schedule on calendar in OPAL as requested
- Other tasks as assigned

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- High school diploma or GED
- Clean background check
- Customer service experience
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service to include assessing customer needs, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluating customer satisfaction
- Skill in using Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, and Excel) preferred
- Skill in using mathematics to solve problems
- Skill in providing excellent customer service
- Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, take time to understand the points being made, ask questions as appropriate, and not interrupt at inappropriate times
- Ability to quickly and easily establish rapport with someone over the phone
- Ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work
- Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
- Ability to cooperate and solve problems in a team environment
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Ability to organize work for timely completion

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
