- Our Compliance Patrol Officers serve as the compliance presence, which may include performing patrol, inspection and incident response services for a community.
- Reports to property management
- Includes operating a golf cart to perform patrol duties
- Inspect/Patrol common areas, buildings, Community perimeter, and garages
- Reports Violations, hazards, maintenance needs, suspicious activity, etc.
- Provides property access
- Provides resource handouts & information to community
- Smart phone, iPad and Outlook navigation

**Job Requirements**:

- Be at least 18 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license
- Must possess strong integrity
- Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner
- Hold a valid guard card/license, as required in the state of California
- As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Display exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Have intermediate computer skills, i.e. - Outlook, Smart Phone navigation
- Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain or heat
- Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds
- Climb stairs and ramps occasionally during shift
- Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
