The Education Program Assistant supports the medical education team by organizing project deliverables, scheduling and monitoring educational programs, printing and processing certificates, tracking invoices and project deadlines, and providing requisite reports and/or data pulls. This position is the primary support for the Military Environmental Exposures certification program.

- Supports day-to-day administrative and strategic functions for Director, Medical Education.
- Assists in maintaining the ACCME accreditation by helping to collect, archive, and prepare necessary documentation and reports as needed, including disclosure forms, COI report forms, learning objectives, activity planning form, CME surveys, etc.
- Serves as primary customer support for the Military Environmental Exposures Certification program, including reviewing and processing participant documentation and credentials; updating and providing timely reports for VA program contacts; implementing efficiencies as instructed in certification program; and addressing participant inquiries.
- Assists medical education team with day-to-day support of Committee work, including updating committee rosters, preparing committee meeting agenda, minutes, responding to member inquiries.
- Serves as department point person for scheduling internal and external meetings, including posting agendas and preparing follow up, and monitoring timelines and processes for document review.
- Supports ACPM’s education platforms and learning management systems for live meetings and/or educational activities. Work with Director, Medical Education or project lead collecting and filing speaker information and presentation materials by established deadlines.
- Helps with review of vendor and faculty invoices against budget guidance, communicates with vendor and Finance team, and maintains tracking logs.
- Assists with CME requirements and online learning forms and evaluation/data collection.
- Supports opportunities for program promotion/marketing and in collaboration with Marketing and Communications team provide content for multiple communications channels.
- Contributes to the overall success of ACPM by performing all other essential duties and responsibilities as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1-3 years of applicable experience.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and use sound judgment for project ownership.
- Exposure to technology platforms to facilitate online learning (i.e., learning management systems, PowerPoint, webinar platforms, association management systems)
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
