Client Service Representative

Customer Service is a number one goal in this company & we succeed by conducting our face-to-face interactions with the account holders._

**Responsibilities include**:

- Plan and execute the day to day meetings/appointments with customers
- Evaluate the design and effectiveness of contracts, and promotions
- Help find improvement for the accounts
- Supervising associates within the office setting
- Interviewing potential new associates
- Providing training for associates within the company

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to build relationship with customers
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information to customers in a clear and concise manner.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

Pay: $750.00 - $1,200.00 per week
