Our professionals work with account holders directly for our clients. These clients know they can count on our relentless execution to help get the job done right. Customer Service is a number one goal in this company & we succeed by conducting our face-to-face interactions with the account holders.


Responsibilities include:


  • Plan and execute the day to day meetings/appointments with customers
  • Evaluate the design and effectiveness of contracts, and promotions
  • Help find improvement for the accounts
  • Supervising associates within the office setting
  • Interviewing potential new associates
  • Providing training for associates within the company
Qualifications:


  • Ability to build relationship with customers
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex information to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
