Our stunning property and exceptional customer service make us a premier destination for travelers seeking relaxation and adventure. We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven individuals to join our Marketing team as Vacation Package Sales Representative.
As a Package Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in our guest experience. After guests complete a two-hour tour of our product, your primary responsibility will be to present and sell our exclusive 3-day, 2-night future stay package to Orlando or Miami, which includes an additional $50 gift card when redeemed. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to earn substantial income through a combination of hourly wages and commissions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Engage with guest’s post-tour to explain and sell our future stay package.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and value of our membership and promotional offers for return guests via the comeback packages.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.
**Compensation**:
- Base Pay: $15 per hour
- Commission: Earn commissions on each package sold
- Potential Earnings: Current team members are making $1000-$2000 per week working 40 hours
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and a passion for customer service
- English & Spanish speaking
