**Duties**:
The Technical Integration Group synthesizes the spectrum of Systems Engineering disciplines, engaging in enterprise-level solutions and outcomes and reports directly to the Director, Integrated Services and Analysis, AJM-1.

The Group Manager is responsible for enabling more timely and cost/beneficial program development and execution activities; more accurate acquisition, resource, and program planning; synchronized investment and implementation activities; proactively advances the technical capabilities, acquisition strategies, and evolution of programs, technologies, and workforce. He/she serves as a senior manager providing leadership, direction, innovation, and guidance to drive collaboration with stakeholders to institutionalize new frameworks and better manage numerous system engineering disciplines, e.g. Information Security, Human Factors, Requirements Management, Configuration Management, and Enterprise RIO. Ensures the group facilitates several enterprise-level analyses, e.g. automation evolution, terminal weather, and system sustainment/evolution. He/she leads the Planning, Analysis & Integration Group to conduct cross-program planning, multi-domain, and multi-discipline engineering analyses; develop strategies to capitalize on new technologies & acquisition best practices; and conduct cross-program RIO management. Leads PMO’s increased focus on implementation risk and opportunities, e.g. cross-program deployment schedules, more robust requirements management practices, and system evolutions. Leads the development and implementation of the framework to manage risk, issues, and opportunities.
