**Business Description**

New Life Dental Implant Center is a Full Mouth Rehabilitation clinic using state-of-the-art technology and techniques in modern digital dentistry to deliver life-changing treatment in one location from start to finish. Our practice requires a team-approach and each member serves a major role in providing the highest quality care to our patients. Our practice is based on a proven system using digital dentistry and superb customer service. Our office does not accept insurance, which means our team has more time to properly complete responsibilities without the hassle of spending hours on the phone verifying insurance claims or billing procedures. The right individual must have excellent communication skills, developing strong relationships with patients. **Position Description**:
**Responsibilities**

Communications & Follow-up
- Use Google Sheets
- Use lead lists to convince leads to visit the practice for a consultation.
- Use prospect list to call and follow-up with patients who have had consultations.
- Contact prospects and discuss ways to help them move forward with treatment.
- Collaboration with other departments to increase patient flow

Managing Leads - Maintain proper organization to ensure leads are not missed.
- Assist the appointment setter in making lead calls when necessary to fill the schedule. This is a priority for our success.

New Patient Consultations - Walk new patients through the New Life workflow
- Provide case presentations with the doctor
- Answer questions pertaining to the process
- Offer recommendations to help make treatment affordable
- Continue to follow up with patients regarding treatment

Financial coordination (Managing finances)
- Track practice collections and their sources.
- Consent Forms - Financial Agreement to be filled out by every patent who is moving forward with treatment and has paid.
- Manage monthly installments for in-house financing

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 1 Year of Sales and/or Customer Service Experience
- Negotiation Skills
- Presentation Skills
- Data Driven Decision Making
- Confidence
- Attention to Detail
- High School or GED Equivalent

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Spanish
- Dental Implant and Surgery Knowledge

**Regular Location**

Phoenix Area (assigned a specfic location)

**Training Expectations**

Immersive training program with the Chief Financial Officer. Training period conducted onsite and potentially at another location in California.

**Compensation**

$70K + Commission/Bonus (potential for $200K+)
