**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Conduct in-home sales consultations to assess customer needs and recommend the best home improvement solutions.
- Meet with confirmed, warm leads and follow up on sales opportunities to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage appointments, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay updated on products, services, and market trends.
- Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Great communication skills and a strong work ethic.
- In-home sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Valid MHIC License and DC License preferred.
- Must possess a reliable vehicle for transportation to customer locations.
- Professional demeanor and wardrobe suitable for in-home sales consultations.
- Must be willing to submit and pass a background check and drug screening.
- Good driving record with a valid driver's license.
- Coachable attitude and commitment to achieving a high level of personal performance.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
