**ENVISIONING YOUR ROLE WITH US**

As an Outside Sales Representative at Beltway Blinds, your commission earnings are uncapped with a starting salary of 42K As a vital member of our growing sales team, you will work to connect with potential customers and close the deal after completing your sales demonstration.

Our dedicated leadership team will train you on how to utilize a methodology to develop rapport and influence potential customers. Our marketing department ensures customers (leads) are qualified to result in a successful in-home demonstration by YOU, our Sales Representative. Your first two weeks include training to ensure you know about Beltway Blinds, our products, and our sales methodology. Following training, you will have 3-4 qualified appointments per day between 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM.

Our top sales representatives earn over $125,000 a year, with an average first-year earnings of $77,112

Pay: $77,112.00 - $200,000.00 per year
