**Job Responsibilities: What you will do**
- Conduct financial modeling by comparing and contrasting operational solutions for each independent account and provide leadership with results.
- Obtain, analyze and input cost data for dedicated fleet opportunities in pricing model.
- Analyze existing dedicated business utilizing profit and loss statements, operating and billing histories, existing pricing models, and design assumptions to address financial results and performance.
- Complete specialty pricing requests utilizing cost based pricing to recommend and/or justify price.
- Assist with preparing comprehensive proposals and/or responses to RFP's.
- Analyze large datasets associated with Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and/or bids to determine required resources, provide estimated productivity levels and maximize on equipment usage.

- Evaluate and reconcile data from multiple sources to identify business needs.
- Perform qualitative cost analysis in order to develop, determine and provide sustainable, cost effective fleet solutions.
- Collaborate with designated internal department personnel to recommend and/or reinforce courses of action to attain established goals for return and profitability.
- Collaborate with dedicated sales and executive teams to devise solution and pricing strategies.
- Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.
**Qualifications: What you need to bring**
- 1+ years of pricing or customer accounts required.
- Previous experience in transportation or logistics preferred.
- Bachelors or equivalent combination or education and/or experience required.
- Must possess strong statistical computation and analytical skills.
- Must possess understanding of cost and activity-based accounting.
- Must be able to effectively communicate complex ideas.
